A Quick Announcement

I’m happy to announce that I have officially started my personal training business, 4th Gear Fitness. As a NPTI Certified Personal Trainer, my passion for fitness has turned into a career. I’m always ready to help my clients, family, and friends optimize their fitness journey.

Ever since I was a little kid I’ve always been fit and active. From a young age I started playing Baseball locally, and now train in Shim Shin Do with a black belt working towards an assistant instructor position. This hard work and dedication shaped me with the mindset and drive to improve as a Personal Trainer.

If you’re an adult or student athlete who is trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or to have a better understanding of how to properly work out, I am dedicated to help you succeed and make sure you hit your fitness goals.
